Shipping and Store Policy

Processing a package to get shipped can take anywhere from 3-5 days. After that USPS will ship your package. When placing a order all customers are in full responsibility to input the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. To correct an address it will be considered but not guaranteed. If package has been shipped & Customer contacts us to notify us that they have input the incorrect shipping information, we can no longer update the address & No refund is accepted.

Protect Our Baddies is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages shipped via USPS. All delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
